VSync was built by two people who have spent their careers on opposite ends of the same problem, and got tired of watching Saturday morning turn into triage.
We are Todd Rose and Fred Schank. We met four years ago through mutual friends, here in Parkland, Florida, and started collaborating on VSync in early 2026. Between us we have fifty years in the two trades this product lives between: running events, and building software.
Todd Rose
Todd has spent twenty-five years inside events. He started DJing at sixteen, working bar and bat mitzvahs by the dozen, then studied at UCF and cut his teeth on corporate events across Orlando. Back home, he worked for a producer of million-dollar mitzvahs and learned the luxury market from the inside, including a stretch at the Waldorf Astoria that taught him how a great event is actually structured. He went on to build his own company doing mitzvahs and weddings, and over the past fifteen years has become an expert in weddings. He knows what the day demands because he has run it, from the booth and from the back of house.
Fred Schank
Fred has spent twenty-five years in technology, software, and marketing. He spent his first decade at software companies building platforms, tools, and web apps, then moved into marketing, where he led everything from digital experience to advanced digital marketing. Today he leads AI and innovation across marketing. He builds the workbook the way Todd would run a room: with attention to the part no one sees, and respect for the people relying on it.
