Always invited. Always free.
Every vendor on every VSync event — at no cost. No seat charge, no per-event fee, no adoption conversation. The brief, the dock window, the Wi-Fi password, the floor plan — composed by the planner, in your inbox the moment you confirm.
The brief, composed.
Your files, on the event.
Upload your files once — the power needs, the do-not-play list, the shot list, the stage plot — and they sit on the event, attached to your profile. The planner sees them. The other co-vendors who need to see them see them too.
You decide who. Planner-only by default. Open them up to the lighting designer when they need the stage plot. Keep them closed otherwise. The files that used to live in a Dropbox folder no one had access to are now on the event, with the right eyes and no more.
Your rig, your rider, and your weekend.
If you spin, sing, mix, or play — the rider you carry from gig to gig lives on the event. The planner sees your load-in window. The lighting designer sees your stage plot. The catering captain knows the headline performance is at nine, not nine-fifteen.
Your number stays yours. The planner messages you through VSync, not your personal cell. Your second mic, your runner, your stage tech — invite them onto the event with their own free seats. Read the brief in your inbox before you sign anything. The part of the job that used to be “what door, what time, what’s the password” disappears, and you get back to the part you came for.
Read it first. Then decide.
The planner’s invite arrives in your inbox with a link to the brief. Open it — no account required. The event, the date, the load-in window, the COI request, the rough scope: all visible before you sign anything.
Decide. Sign up if you’re going. Pass if you’re not. The brief preview link is single-use and tied to the invite — your inbox stays your inbox, and you never have to make an account to read what you’re being asked to do.
The whole team, on the same page.
Invite your coordinator. Your second shooter. Your sous chef. Your lead driver. Anyone on your company’s call sheet for the event can have their own VSync account, see the briefs they’re on, and message the planner directly. Owner and coordinator roles let you decide who can speak for the company and who’s along for the run.
Free, all of them. No per-seat charge. The vendor’s team is free — every name on the call sheet, not just the headline.
