What planners ask, before they buy.

Yes. Always. No fee, no seat charge, no per-event cost. Every vendor on every event you run is included, forever — at every tier.
They share one event record. Whoever created the event holds the subscription cost — there's no double-billing. The other party gets full access at no additional charge, and the event counts toward the creator's monthly allowance only.
Pay-as-you-go is $35 per event with no subscription. Studio is $99/month or $990/year, includes 5 events per month, has 3 seats, and overage events are $25 each capped at $100/month. Unlimited is $199/month or $1,990/year with unlimited events and seats.
Operators running multiple workspaces (hotel chains, venue groups, multi-brand planners) get 15% off locations 2 through 4 on whichever tier they pick. At 5 or more locations we work directly with you on custom pricing, a dedicated account lead, SSO, and SCIM. Planners pay once per business; venues pay once per location.
No trial. To keep the upfront commitment small, start on pay-as-you-go — $35 for a single event with no subscription — and run a real event end to end before you move to a monthly tier. Cancellation and billing terms are covered in our Terms.
If you go past your 5 included events in a month, you'll see a prompt to either buy one more for $25 or upgrade to Unlimited. Overages are capped at $100 per month — you'll never wake up to a $400 bill. After hitting the cap, the prompt switches to upgrade-only.
AWS in us-east-1, encrypted at rest and in transit. Each event has roles — planner, venue, vendor, guest. Vendors see only what they need to see. Audit trail of every change.
