Standard Contractual Clauses
How VSync handles international transfer mechanisms such as the EU SCCs and UK IDTA.
VSync is operated from and intended for use in the United States, and processes personal data in the United States. We do not offer or direct the Service to customers or data subjects in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, so a standing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) mechanism is not part of our default offering.
If your use of VSync would nonetheless involve a transfer of personal data subject to EU, UK, or Swiss law, contact privacy@vsync.events to put an appropriate transfer mechanism in place before such data is uploaded. See also our Data Processing Agreement.
